Purchased from the bankruptcy trustee in February 2019, an enterprise separated from former Zachem plants in Bydgoszcz.
The basis of Raw Materials Processing Sp. z o.o. activity. (RMP) is the production of plastic based on plasticized polyvinyl chloride in the form of granulate (polyvinyl chloride) – used as insulation and tire for electric and energy cables.
Sunningwell Trade Sp. z o.o.
In 2019 Sunningwell International Limited (Hong Kong) established cooperation with KG CXII Sp. z o.o. – currently called Sunningwell Trade Sp. z o.o
The company is based on trading in steel and iron elements. Sunningwell Trade Sp. z o.o. started the process of revitalization of the industrial areas after the Mechanical Coal Processing Plant of the former KWK “Paryż” in Dąbrowa Górnicza.
Due to the excellent connection to the international railroad line no. 1 Warsaw – Katowice – Vienna and Euroterminal in Sławków, as well as having advantageous road connections to S1, A1 and A4 and to DTŚ – the land owned by Sunningwell Trade has great potential for future investments in this area.
FPC NSP Sp. z o.o.
The company led by Mr. Krzysztof Wanecki conducts transactions concerning sales and supplies of metallurgical materials – ribbed steel rods, ribbed and smooth wire rod in the range of diameters from O 6 to O 32.
Sunningwell International Polska provides services for FPC NSP with regard to sales and supplies of products and required product documentation. In January 2019, the company based in Zabrze also established cooperation with Prokop Mariusz Firma Handlowo – Usługowa Hydro Mar.
SURMAT Sp. z o.o.
Przedsiębiorstwo Produkcyjno-Usługowe “Surmat” Sp. z o.o. based in Częstochowa. Sunningwell International Polska granted a loan of USD 4.5 million to a company led by Mr. Włodzimierz and Mr. Artur Satalecki.
Currently Sunningwell Polska Sp. z o.o. (part of Sunningwell Group) holds 40% of shares in Surmat Sp. z o.o.. A thriving development of this investment is planned for 2021.
GREENTECH Sp. z o.o.
Sunningwell International Polska established cooperation with Mr. Arkadiusz Fenicki’s company by leasing industrial installations of Greentech. SIP became a leaseholder of the company’s property for the next 5 years.
Both companies cooperate with each other in the field of purchasing, marketing and distribution of Products, understood as energy products, in particular industrial gasoline, medium and heavy oils.
GreenTech also offers the recycling of packaging waste and the production and sale of energy products and components for fuel production.
SIP has extensive plans to cooperate with current shareholders to develop this technology. In the future, it is planned to take over part of shares in this company.
MAKPOL RECYCLING Sp. z o.o.
Makpol conducts business activity consisting, among other things, in the purchase of scrap metal, including in particular the purchase of stainless steel scrap for further resale, both to local recipients and retailers.
In 2018, Sunningwell and Makpol agreed to establish a permanent business venture with ABCOM Pte Ltd, based in Singapore. The process is based on the purchase of stainless steel scrap, conducted by Makpol, where the steel is sorted, cleaned and loaded into containers. In addition, Sunningwell has granted loans to Makpol – min. PLN 10 million or EUR 2.8 million.
