Marek Frydrych is the main shareholder and President of the Management Board of Sunningwell International Polska Sp. z o.o. (SIP). The creation of SIP was a consequence of Mr. Frydrych’s long-standing activity on Asian markets, especially in China. Marek Frydrych is the main shareholder and executive director of Sunningwell International Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong in 1989. For many years Sunningwell HK has been trading in steel products, chemicals and other commodities.
Mr Marek Frydrych graduated from two universities – Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) and Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
He worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and in the years 1988-1991 he worked at the Consulate General of Poland in Shanghai.
From 1991 to 2007 he worked in the Far East (Shanghai, Hong Kong) running companies dealing in steel, chemistry, coal, scrap, iron ore and other mass materials (comodities). From 1996 to 2002 he was the main shareholder and president of Uralsky Metal (metallurgical part of Lysva Steel Mill in Russian Federation).
In 2007 he returned to Poland, getting involved in investment and construction projects in infrastructure and energy. In 2009 he registered – together with his partner Piotr Dysko – Sunningwell International Polska.
He is fluent in English, Russian and Chinese, basic knowledge of Italian and German.

Piotr Sławiński
Member of the Board
A graduate of Sinology (MA) at the University of Warsaw. Over 10 years of experience in foreign trade (Polimex-Cekop Ltd. – Seller, Ministry of Foreign Trade of the Republic of Poland – an expert of the Ministry and Commercial Consul in Shanghai; several foreign trading companies – responsible for import and export transactions) and over 15 years of experience in diplomacy (Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland – Consul General of the Republic of Poland in Guangzhou, Head of Mission in Shanghai, Consul – legal matters in Ankara).
Currently a member of the Board of Sunningwell International Poland.

Surojit Ghosh
Surojit has an impressive education and many years of professional experience. He holds degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and institute of Cost Works accountants of India. He is a member of both Institutes.
Between 2004 and 2016- global positions in Arcelor Mittal.
- Arcelor Mittal Mexico; (controller/CFO-2004-2005)
He conducted effectively cash generation and management, leading to the early repayment of over USD 400 million of debt.
- Arcelor Mittal Romania (2005-2006)
Country Manager and CFO for Romanian Operations – He was responsible for finance, stakeholder management, government relations, legal IT and procurement.
He led to improving relations with the government, which created an appropriate platform for resolving amicably relevant public aid/SPA issues.
- Arcelor Mittal Poland (2006-2014)
Vice-President of Arcelor Mittal & CFO Central and Eastern Europe , the Member of Managers Board Acelor Mittal Poland. He was a leader in managing transformation and change in business driving sustainable growth in operations. He was responsible for managing national governments and key stakeholders and coordinating major industry initiatives with the European Commission in Brussels , legislative formulation in the are of taxes and climate change. Surojit created a JV with Tauron for power plants in Poland and Czech Republic and a JV with a private investor for development of port in Gdańsk.
- Arcelor Mittal Kazachstan – Vice-President of AM CFO & country manager. He led turning round of business including engaging with the government for float of Kazakh Tenge1980-2004 he was associated with multinational companies.
- Dunlop India Limited (1980-1994) – Internal General Auditor,
- Indian Aluminium Company /Hindalco Industries 1995-2004 as a Senior General Manager Finance.
- EY-Poland – 2016-2019
Executive Director responsible for business development in CESA (32 countries).
