Tenders in closed envelopes with mention “DO NOT OPEN – ISD Huta Częstochowa – PRZETARG” should be filed in the application office in the building of the District Court in Częstochowa at Żwirki i Wigury Street 9/11, 42-217 Częstochowa or send by post on time by 2 p.m. on 29 May 2020 (date and time of receipt at the General Court is crucial). It is recommended to make an offer personally. If it is not possible to submit an offer to the application office Court of First Instance as a result of the complete closure of the Court building offers may be submitted to the Receiver’s Office in Katowice, PCK 10/7 Street, 40-057 Katowice, by 29 May 2020 by 5 p.m..

The condition for participation in the tender is the prior payment of a deposit of 10% of the price.
The net calling amount of the company, i.e. PLN 25,000,000.00.
The recognition of the offers will take place during an open session in the District Court in Częstochowa VIII Economic Department at Żwirki i Wigury Street 9/11, 42 – 217 Częstochowa on 03 June 2020 at 12 noon in Room 108.
